Cerrone – Love In C Minor (Dimitri From Paris remix)
Four decades after it set the dance music scene on fire, a famous golden disco classic by master producer Cerrone gets a modern day reworking. The new edit is the brainchild of French producer Dimitri From Paris, who has made no secret about his penchant for funk and old school disco sound. Clocking in at eight minutes, the remix is a consolidated version of its 16-minute long predecessor by the French disco legend Cerrone. Those that still think that’s a bit long-winded would do well to test it out on a dance floor – despite being well over the time limit for today’s ADD generation, the tune packs in all the funk, groove and silver sequin glam that characterized the disco era. It’s scheduled for release November 24 as part of The Best of Cerrone Productions via Because Music.
