Gregori Klosman unveils the results of what could only be described as a sonic metamorphosis on his most recent original work “Time To Be Alone.” Crafted alongside the sinewy vocals of Sarah Mount, Klosman turns over a new leaf and ditches the heavy-handed electro that kick-started his career for a murky sub bass and switch-footed beat work. Mount’s classic progressive chorus is bookended by Klosman’s introduction of bustling deep house synths and deftly-crafted melodies that make for an interesting and refreshing take on the deep house movement.

The change of pace here is a welcome one, and results in an output that is nothing short of extraordinary.
