Dillon Francis is returning to moombahton and he’s bringing Skrillex along for the ride
Earlier this year Dillon Francis let us know that he had plans to make a triumphant return to the genre that birthed his career — moombahton. The flavor-of-the-week style disappeared as fast as it came, but for many Dillon fans the downtempo Dutch-infused time period was also his best. Luckily for Francis-fanatics, he just announced via Twitter that he is indeed returning to moomba roots, but this time he’s bringing a friend along. Collaborating with Skrillex for one track on what looks to be a 4-track EP, the LA-based EDM class clown is giving his fans exactly what they want — and then some.
One of the tracks on the EP is the ID that he opened his EDC Las Vegas set with while the other is the aforementioned Skrillex ID that has been kicking around the internet for a few months.
