Nicky Romero & Anouk – Feet On The Ground (Merk & Kremont Remix)
“Feet On The Ground” marked Nicky Romero’s first single in just about a year when it was released on June 9th. The long wait was well worth it and now, five months later, a slew of remixes have emerged. Headlined by a progressive output from Italian pair Merk & Kremont, “Feet On The Ground” gets retouched and re-energized with Anouk’s vocals still in tow. Intermittent synth attacks are sandwiched between precise percussion and a pummeling bassline, which when combined completely reinvent the original mix. With stints on Size Records and Doorn Records joining their resume in 2014, Merk & Kremont have asserted themselves as a pair which has a blindingly bright future.
