Sónar Festival strengthens lineups in Cape Town, Johannesburg, and Stockholm
With three upcoming festivals away from the event’s home in Barcelona, Sónar Festival has added a slew of artists to dates in Cape Town, Johannesburg, and Stockholm. For Cape Town, the Pet Shop Boys have been added to a lineup which already includes names like Ten Walls and The Bloody Beetroots. 2ManyDJs, The Bloody Beetroots, and The Pet Shop Boys will also be joining A Taste of Sónar in Johannesburg, although the scaled down event will only last one day. For Sónar Stockholm, Paul Kalkbrenner and Nina Kraviz will be joined by Kindness, Jaakko Eino Kalevi, Nisennenmondai, Zhala and SHXCXCHCXSH.
Beginning with A Taste of Sónar in Johannesburg on December 12th, Sónar will grace Cape Town on December 15th and 16th, and finally Stockholm on February 13th and 14th.
