Now departed from Columbia Records and pursuing an indie release for his impending album, Steve Angello has kept the largest remix of “Wasted Love” within the Size family. Previously collaborators on “GODS,” AN21 and Sebjak combine forces yet again and prime the lead single from Steve Angello’s impending album for a chart-dominating run. Dougy from The Temper Trap’s vocals are still an upstanding attraction, but a melodic eruption is where this remix blossoms. Steve Angello’s long-awaited album has been teased during live performances for months and “Wasted Love” marked a stiff detraction from his big room norm. However, AN21 and Sebjak’s reinvention replaces the focus of the original mix and the resulting production perfectly contrasts the tone that the original set fourth.
