Exclusive: Seven Lions breaks the silence with ‘The Throes of Winter EP’

Seven Lions returns to original production duties with the announcement of his forthcoming EP, The Throes of Winter. Due out on March 3rd on Casablanca Records, the original EP marks his first extended release since last April’s Worlds Apart. Although brief, the preview of “The End feat. Haliene” conjures up classic Seven Lions nostalgia while also previewing a newer direction for the producer. While his melodic, vocally-driven approach remains intact, “The End” veers towards a more classic house feel with conspicuous attention to groove.
For those on the East Coast, ‘The Throes of Winter’ couldn’t have come at a more fitting time. Pre-order the EP Tuesday, January 27th.
