IYES – Crazy in Love (Ben Pearce Remix)
From UK chart success to the formation of Purp & Soul, Ben Pearce has worked a line of success that far outstretches that of breakthrough hit ‘What I Might Do.’ Having inaugurated his Sextape Series concept back in 2014 and entered 2015 with concrete plans for a North American tour, the UK producer has made with his own take on IYES’ recent tip to the Queen Bee herself.
Taking the reigns of a vocal duo whose early reign has dominated the HypeM charts and beyond, Pearce’s remix of the remake lets loose the melodic house panache that we know and love the British talent for. Without overproducing to the standards of many of his modern house peers, Pearce utilizes the vocal assets of Josh Christopher and Melis Soyaslanová’s version whilst bringing it onto the club floor in a truly elegant way.
