A new DJ Snake and Skrillex collaboration is underway
Skrillex is on the warpath with a mile-long list of impending collaborations due to hit the wire this year. From Yellow Claw to Missy Elliot, Wiwek to Toto, it seems like Sonny is working with everyone. The latest name to grace the growing list is none other than Mad Decent mainstay DJ Snake. Although the tune remains an “ID” for now, DJ Snake took to twitter to assure fans that the joint effort will soon be heard by the masses.

A live rip captures a decent audio clip of the forthcoming tune, introducing itself slowly with a mellow melody before a quick drum break down and a groovy mid-tempo break. The upcoming 100bpm track, as far as the preview clip provides, doesn’t feature any of Skrillex’s signature snarling bass synths, but rather the superstar pair decide to tag team a moombahton-inspired collaboration that is still under wraps, but apparently not for long.
