Andrew Bayer embarks on tour in support of upcoming ‘Do Androids Dream EP’
Andrew Bayer has just announced the biggest tour of his career. For years Bayer has kept his appearances scarce, a collection of elusive performances – most notably October’s performance at Madison Square Garden. The Do Androids Dream Part 2 tour will touch down in 11 cities across the US and Canada – his only North American appearances so far in 2015. The tour supports his most ambitious studio outputs to date, the 5-track mini album, Do Androids Dream. Clocking in at 26-minutes, Bayer’s is a lesson in genre-defiance. Richly textured, he explores a variety of styles on DAD, from melodic big room to downtempo electronica. including two unique cuts alongside Asbjørn.
The lead single “Super Human” was first debuted at his Madison Square Garden has been described by Bayer as having “an indie-sensibility at its heart, but is actually a real peak time anthem in my sets.” The EP will be released on April 22nd.
