DA’s Sunday Morning Medicine: Volume 104

Sunday Morning Medicine is a feature from Dancing Astronaut dedicated to the mellower side of electronic music. We bring you our favorite therapeutic selections — old and new — in an attempt to alleviate the agonizing effects of a long weekend of partying.

1. This week we kick things off with Anjunabeats’ newest: Gab Rhome and his hypnotizing label debut, “Drifting.”

2. Staying on the vocal deep house tip, François Rengère presented this beautiful bootleg of Shura’s “Touch” last year.

3. Adriatique are one pairing who can’t seem to fall out of the underground spotlight. Their forthcoming remix of Butch’s “The Spirit” is yet another delicately constructed production from the Diynamic duo.

4. Maceo Plex-approved talent Gardens of God brought “Ys” to Ellum last year but its eerie atmosphere and shadowy textures still give us chills.

5. Staying on the techno train, Dominik Eulberg’s “A Little Farther” takes its time to get going, but once things ramp up, you won’t want to avert your attention.
