Arty‘s remix catalog is something of spectacular nature. At first, the Russian prodigy gained initial popularity from his remixes of Ferry Corsten, Zedd, Cosmic Gate, and many other dance big-leagues. As of recent, Arty has begun to exhibit the crossover potential for his sound to move onto radio waves with remixes of London Grammar, OneRepublic, and now Ed Sheeran all under his belt now.
Just six days after the release of his remix of Halsey’s “Hurricane,” Arty wasted no time in unleashing a follow-up output, remixing Ed Sheeran and Rudimental’s haunting collaboration, “Bloodstream.” He strips away Rudimental’s vigorous percussion lines and any aggressive tendencies the UK group provides to pave way for the entrance of a tidal wave of dazzling synth melodies that highlight Ed Sheeran’s comforting croons. In an attempt to show the softer side to his composition, Arty manages to explore new territories of a genre that has seemingly grown redundant over the years and bring forth the emotion sometimes forgotten in the big room sound.
