Jamie Jones and Lee Foss launch record label together
Hot Creations co-founders Jamie Jones and Lee Foss have announced plans to launch a second label together (third, if you count the Hot Creations sub-label, Hot Trax). The label, Emerald City, will “focus on the more crossover, vocal-led releases,” according to Jones and Foss. It’s first release, “Fearing Love” by Serge Devant and Damiano, is a beautiful synth- and vocal-driven piece featuring singer Camille Safiya. Scheduled for release April 6, it comes accompanied by a more dance floor oriented, almost tropical remix by the label bosses themselves.
