Lollapalooza announces their massive 2015 lineup for Chicago

Today is the day every Chicagoan dreams of for months on end, It’s Lollapalooza lineup release day.

In a city that has no lack of festivals, Lollapalooza will be coming back to Grant Park for their 10th year in Chicago in a BIG way. After selling out of all general admission tickets in less than one hour yesterday, earlier this morning Perry Farrell (lead singer of Jane’s Addiction & founder of Lollapalooza) and crew released the lineup for 2015 featuring some absolutely massive names, classic and new.

Lollapalooza and Grant Park will be graced with music legends such as Sir Paul McCartney and Metallica as well as premier artists in genres spanning across the music spectrum. Here at Dancing Astronaut we bring you the best of the best when it comes to dance music, and Lollapalooza is no different. With heavyweights to up and comers there will be no lack of dance music come August. Some of the highlight names in dance music that Lollapalooza will be bringing out are Bassnectar, Kaskade, Alesso, Nero, Dillon Francis and so many more.

After months of waiting we can definitely say that the wait for this lineup was worth it. This is most certainly not a festival one should miss. Check out the lineup below!
