Lollapalooza Berlin unveils first phase of headliners with Macklemore, Martin Garrix, Dog Blood, Kygo and more
In the fall of last year, word first began to circulate about the newest international edition of Lollapalooza that was set to land in Berlin in 2015. Delivering on their promise, Lolla has revealed a line up that deems the inaugural German festival stop as a worthy new addition to the already saturated European music festival market. With still yet another headlining artist to be announced on June 1st, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Sam Smith, The Libertines, and Bastille top the bill, joined by Berlin’s own Beatsteaks and Seeed. Fatboy Slim, Martin Garrix, Kygo, Robin Schulz, Clean Bandit and Dada Life represent the festival’s tip to the electronic genre, as well as the surprising return of Dog Blood, Skrillex’s collaborative project with Boys Noize that preceded his current Jack Ü reign.
Lollapalooza Berlin takes place on September 12th and 13th at the Tempelhof Airport. Tickets are available here.
