Tomorrowland announces two new stages
Joining the likes of Carl Cox, Steve Aoki, Markus Schulz, and Derrick Carter among many others, Richie Hawtin and Jamie Jones have both been tasked with curating their own stages at Tomorrowland. Jamie Jones‘ Paradise brand will return after last year’s festival, this time utilizing the talents of The Martinez Brothers, Cajmere, and Hot Creations artists like Richy Ahmed, Robert James, and wAFF.
Richie Hawtin’s Minus brand will also bring a full stage of talent to Boom, Belgium as Justin James, Marc Houle, Matador, Gaiser, and the label-boss himself will take to their special place at Tomorrowland. Opening what will surely be a floodgate of specially curated stages this year, the announcement of Sven Väth‘s vinyl only stage served as the festival’s first announcement of the techno contingency at ID&T’s biggest festival.
