The Weeknd’s “Often” was flipped by Kygo as one of his breakthrough tracks, and now the R&B original gets another spin. This time it’s Cazzette on duty, working up a bootleg for The Weeknd that delves into modern house vibes but remains recognizable as their own. Sonics circa “Sleepless,” the duo find their groove on “Often” upon the drop while surprising even darker in its anticipation. With Cazzette’s bootleg for one of the strongest voices in R&B hitting just in time for Miami Music Week, expect original material to come in the form of their “Blind Heart” follow up en route.
