Cut Copy’s Ben Browning previews solo album with ‘Make It Easy’

Although he launched his solo career about three years ago, Ben Browning is perhaps best known for his role in the dance rock outfit, Cut Copy. With “Make It Easy,” he reminds us once again that he doesn’t need an entourage to make catchy feel-good music. The bouncy and optimistic indie-pop number is the lead track off his debut album Turns, slated for release this summer. Unlike Cut Copy’s more atmospheric tones, it’s a warm and catchy tune that will either lull you into the summertime spirit or annoy the hell out of you.
