Dancing Astronaut presents Axis episode 149: Mixed by Posso

Los Angeles duo Posso make their Axis debut hot on the success of their single “Last Night a DJ Saved My Life.” The two fashionistas turned DJ/producers leveraged their eclectic tastes into a globe-trotting career that includes a forthcoming debut album of all original music. On their hour long drop on the podcast, the pair show their love for a handful of highly dance-able genres. There’s a nod to old Armand Van Helden’s “The Funk Phenomena” and House Republic’s “Music Sounds Better With You” bookended by guys like Garmiani, Chris Lake and Tom Staar. Throw in some classic French house with Alan Braxe and Fred Falke and a fresh take on Danny Tenaglia’s classic “Music Is The Answer,” and you’ve got an expertly-curated hour of electronica from LA’s next duo.
