After five years, Volume Nightclub says goodbye
Volume Nightclub in Seattle will be bidding fans adieu on May 2, following its final show featuring Uberjakd and New World Sound. Having been in the business for the last five years, the saddening news of the venue’s closing comes as a shock to many who have frequented Volume during both their college and post-graduate years.
The reasoning behind Volume’s unforeseen closing could be due to issues that have amassed over the years, such as the club’s tendency for attracting crime and its inability to crack down on underage drinking. See Volume’s official statement below.
