Washington DC’s own Eau Claire quickly caught our attention after her sugary-sweet remix work of Mike Posner, MIA and Marvin Gaye earned the nu-disco talent close to a million plays. Her latest effort ditches the familiar source material for an indie effort courtesy of Golden Coast’s “Futurist.” Leveraging her talents on the keyboard an ear for harmonies, Eau Claire crafts an impossibly feel good framework and indie dance swing under the LA duo’s breakout hit.
