Dillon Francis returns with a blazing remix of Zomboy’s ‘Nuclear’
Following a quip about his future moombahton ventures, all eyes and ears have been attuned to Dillon Francis. Delivering on his promises, the part-time comedian now shares his remix of “Nuclear” from Zomboy’s The Outbreak album. Jumping with ease from light, reggae-inspired tones to thundering electro break downs, Dillon’s latest rework demonstrates a fiery, inspired new translation of his signature genre and perhaps an enticing peek of what’s to come from the producer. “I was dancing around in my studio the whole time I was making it,” Dillon told Billboard of his newest material. “I hope that it does the same thing to people who hear it at festivals and clubs or in their bedrooms or in strip clubs or during a threesome or when you’re washing your car or when you just wanna have some quiet time alone but not too quiet you know?”
From old to new, it seems like we’ve left the future of moombahton in safe hands.
