Alesso’s ‘Forever’ debuts at No. 1 on Top Dance/Electronic Albums chart
According to Nielson Music, Alesso‘s debut album sold over 9,000 copies its first week on the open market. The number solidified the Swedish producer’s place atop Billboard’s Top Dance/Electronic Albums chart, with a handful of singles standing out. The Tove Lo-assisted “Heroes(We Could Be)” already made its run up the charts before the release of the album, with “Scars” and “Sweet Escape” marking the newest additions to Billboard’s Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart. The full length album soars past Zedd’s “True Colors,” David Guetta’s latest pop-dance fusion, and Tiësto’s fourth “Club Life” compilation.
