BBC’s Daft Punk documentary gets release date; Skrillex, Pharrell and Kanye West to cameo
BBC Radio’s upcoming Daft Punk documentary, “Daft Punk Unchained,” has received an official release date. Premiering on June 24th at 8:50pm on Canal+ in France, the documentary utilizes footage from previous interviews and tells the story of one of music’s most iconic duos. Skrillex, Pharrell Williams, Nile Rodgers, Giorgio Moroder, Kanye West, Michel Gondry, Todd Edwards, and Pete Tong are set to make cameos in the film, which was directed by Herve Martin Delpierre. The pair’s former manager is also set to make an appearance in the form of an extended interview and may provide one of the most transparent looks into a name that has become synonymous with mystery.
