Claptone jams 68 songs into the newest Annie Mac mini-mix

Following a stellar Essential Mix debut, Claptone‘s latest appearance on the British radio station, this time on Annie Mac’s broadcast, showcases his talents in a different way. Only including seven of his own originals in the six-minute mini-mix, a slew of non-dance artists make the cut, including Prince, The Gorillaz, Nirvana, The Rolling Stones, and Queen among many others. The mix quickly jolts back and fourth between songs, rapidly switching grooves from a four-to-the-floor beat to a scintillating local contribution. A stockpiled June with dates in Hamberg, Ibiza, and Amsterdam still remaining, Claptone has established himself as a force to be reckoned with during the modern house revival.
