SiriusXM to broadcast performances from EDC Las Vegas
By now, most major electronic music festivals have integrated live streaming as a way to bring fans closer to the experience from the comfort of their homes. EDC Vegas will not only be video live streamed courtesy of Yahoo, but select performances and artist interviews will also be broadcast via SiriusXM on Electric Area (channel 52).
Now in its seventh year, SiriusXM will broadcast EDC Vegas live sets from top-tier artists including Above & Beyond, Afrojack, Andrew Rayel, Armin van Buuren, Benny Benassi, 3Lau, Calvin Harris, Dannic, Danny Avila, Dash Berlin, Dyro, Dzeko & Torres, Eric Prydz, Fatboy Slim, Firebeatz, Hardwell, Laidback Luke, Martin Garrix, Martin Solveig, MOTi, Nicky Romero, Tiësto, Yellow Claw, and many others. Aside from the festival, SiriusXM will also broadcast Avicii’s set from XS Nightclub on June 19 at 4:00am ET.
Subscribers can tune into Electric Area beginning tonight at 10:00pm ET through the SiriusXM app, as well as online.
