Axwell /\ Ingrosso‘s “Sun Is Shining” has made its way into the pair’s sets for months now, while its recent release was one of the more highly anticipated of the summer for the two. Now R3hab brings his hard-hitting electro sound to transform the track completely. There’s a massive introduction that launches right into manic electro chord progressions, a thumping bassline, and a trademark R3hab drop, all before the vocal sample more than a minute in makes it clear what song R3hab is even remixing.
Die-hard Axwell /\ Ingrosso fans may not be the biggest fans of this rework, but there’s no denying that R3hab has turned out another banger, and love it or hate it, you’ll probably still hear it at main stages everywhere this summer festival season.
