Cheney Ray is another hopeful from the Los Angeles future bass scene, a West Coast vixen with who calls herself CRAY and throws down some truly twisted productions. “Up In Smoke” is no different, a twisted array kitschy samples and a metallic synth line that sputters and pops in a hail of crashes and kick drums.
