A beautifully orchestral production, De Hofnar soars to new heights with his retake on Lex Anton’s “Thinking of You.” It’s impossible to talk about the production without calling attention to the strong implementation of flute into the work, a sign that the artist is comfortable working both within his comfort zone and outside of it. Managing to up the dose of tropical sounds, he skates the edges of the track’s original flavor, even slapping a half time break into a confusing yet enchanting whirlwind of a project. While this may not be your usual dancefloor hit, De Hofnar lays the percussion on thick for those that need the bottom end. By the time the track brings a flute solo to the forefront, you’ll be sold.
