Rising London trio Felon have gradually been finding their place on the UK circuit, but Ultra Music single “Isla” offered a well earned moment in the spotlight this summer. Now, Belgium prospect Babel gives the vocal house staple his own going over for the first official run of remixes for the Kaleem Taylor-assisted single.

Donning a stripped back and notably edgier take on “Isla,” dominant keys and dotted melodic interventions give the track a hazy second coming with an unapologetically after-hours focus. There’s enough of Taylor’s original vocal stamina to keep things respectfully sourced, but Babel shines through as a stripped back house master with this latest remix.
