Matt Lange – Lying To Myself (Original Mix)
Recently signed to Deadmau5‘s mau5trap label, multifarious producer Matt Lange has released the second single off his forthcoming debut album, Ephemera. A noticeable departure from the minimal techno vibe of the record’s first single “My Love Aside,” the Los Angeles-based musician masterfully innovates an atmospheric blend between dark glitch hop and industrial embellishments on “Lying To Myself.”
Lange, who graduated from Boston’s Berklee School of Music, had this to say about what fans can expect on the new album: “The album’s really a snapshot of where I am right now as an artist. It’s this turning point where I have one foot in the world of dance music, and the other foot in a whole different direction.”
