Boys Noize and Pilo’s ominous collaboration “Cerebral” has dominated the techno scene for the last several months. Constantly in search of the next talent of the scene, Alex Ridha wants to hear how aspiring producers can transform the track.

To see what today’s techno tyros are made of, Dancing Astronaut, Wavo, and Boysnoize Records have partnered up to launch a remix competition for “Cerebral.” Remixes can be submitted from August 17th – September 10th. The contest allows listeners to vote on their favorite remixes, top three winners in the competition will be chosen by a Wavo panel and Boys Noize himself. These winners’ tracks will be released through the Boysnoize Records SoundCloud and will receive special surprise package including new merchandise and Boys Noize signed gear.

As specified in the contest terms, the remixes will be judged based on quality and originality — so producers should decline the road most taken, and tap into their cerebral cortex to bring the most interesting work possible.
