Gallant – Weight In Gold (ATTLAS Remix)

It’s been nine months since a mysterious, little-known producer uploaded a remix of deadmau5’s “Aural Psynapse.” Since then, ATTLAS’ identity has been revealed, he’s unleashed a handful of releases on mau5trap Records, and the Canadian has emerged as an up-and-coming talent. His latest output arrives as a remix of the often-interpreted “Weight in Gold.” With an inconsistent bassline, soft synths, and intermittent snares, ATTLAS’ newest takes a slow-burning approach. While not destined to be a dancefloor mayhem-wreaking release, the toned down approach showcases a side of a producer who’s quickly becoming a versatile force to be reckoned with.
