No, this isn’t a Wunderground article. His Holiness, the esteemed Pope Francis, will be releasing a full length rock album on November 27th. As reported by Rolling Stone, the album titled Wake Up! will be a prog-rock effort that will feature sacred hymns and excerpts from Pope Francis’s many speeches in Italian, English, Spanish and Portuguese. Surprisingly enough Papal LPs aren’t anything new, John Paul II an Benedict XVI both had their own full length albums, all composed by Don Giullo Neroni.
