Slander and NGHTMRE join forces again to remix GTA’s ‘Red Lips’

It’s only been a few short months since Slander and NGHTMRE linked up to release the Nuclear Bonds EP, but they’re already back at it — this time taking a crack at reinventing GTA’s “Red Lips.” And reinvent is the right word; there is nearly nothing left of this track’s original mix — and we love it. Slander and NGHTMRE chopped vocals, padded 808s, and even flipped on the DnB mode for their latest work, showcasing their collective diversity in taste and sound. While this may not be the “Red Lips” remix everyone has been buzzing about for months (Skrillex, please?), this release comes as a very welcome surprise.
