The Rooftop Boys continue on their remix roll leading into supporting duties for Thomas Jack on the Tropical Express Tour. The boys edgy spin on house’s recent resurgence continues as the Brooklyn duo work their magic on the already praiseworthy “Lights” by Hurts. The Rooftop Boys craft yet another proper dancefloor firestarter with a dash of electro, a pop of tropical color, and their patented rolling bass lines. It’s just the type of fleet-footed production work we’ve come to expect from the duo who have laid their claim to the metropolitan summer aesthetic.
