Summer is far gone, but we’re still grasping at any of those warm vibes we can find. Thero, a young tropical artist out of NY, has brought his sound back as the days grow shorter to help us brighten up the long, cold nights. “Wait and See” doesn’t force any stereotypical tropical house sounds; rather, it brings the mind back a few months to the poolside of your favorite spot. Light, gentle vocals float above a creative instrumental before departing to let Thero’s delicious percussive sections sign. It has been several months since fans were last blessed with new work from Thero, but we’re not complaining – quality over quantity, and Thero clearly abides by the saying. “Wait and See” is yet another fantastic display of the creativity that lies within the tropical house genre if you’re willing to venture into discovery past the obvious big names.
