Autograf – Metaphysical (Daktyl Remix)

Chicago trio Autograf have captured the attention of the dance world with their creative combination of music production and live art elements. Earlier this year, they accepted an invitation to use indie powerhouse Counter Records as a platform for their debut artist album, offering their lush collaboration, “Metaphysical” with Janelle Kroll, as a taste of what’s to come.

Future bass upstart Daktyl has been inspired by the original, taking “Metaphysical” in a more electronic direction in his remix. Using colorful synth chords in place of piano and fusing smooth, powerful bass into the mix, the producer creates a sultry re-work with a loose, fluid feel. No details have been released as to the remix’s official release, but the original version can be purchased through a variety of outlets.
