Delta Heavy – Punish My Love (Original Mix)

Delta Heavy are an unprecedented example of versatility to the bass savvy sound waves. Cemented as one of RAM Records‘ prime next generation talents, the British duo follows up on recent remix duties for Martin Solveig and Valentino Khan with a tip to the UK landscape done in the key of their own unpredictable production finesse. Fleshing out the more hackneyed ‘future house’ sound with their own unique edge, sharp breaks and infectious vocal hooks see ‘Punish My Love’ blur the lines between commercialised dance music and low-end favouring club music in a powerful yet elegant way. There’s a sense that the landscape is dramatically shifting both on the European front and throughout the fertile UK market, with Delta Heavy sounding more relevant to those changing tides than ever before.
