Watch This: Axwell /\ Ingrosso unveil ‘This Time’ in Amsterdam
The rise of Swedish House Mafia was a trail of definitive musical landmarks and provocative marketing – a fusion that has lived through Axwell Ingrosso since the duo’s commencement back in 2014. The duo hit Amsterdam Dance Event for a sold-out stint at heineken Music Hall, but wasted no time launching their latest single and charity pledge towards refugee children to the backdrop of Europe’s biggest industry event. The video shows a team descend on the city armed with branded crows, which could be found singing the riff from their forthcoming single ‘This Time‘ in bird song. Later that day, the announcement was made that all proceeds from their forthcoming single would be donated to UNHCR, a charity helping refugees torn from their homes. For what appears to be a return to the act’s renowned club work and another fine link up with Pusha T, you can’t say that Axwell and Ingrosso haven’t lost their disruptive spark where their global presence is concerned.
