Joining forces and launching M-22 this year, the multi-talented house duo caught the ear of Sebastian Ingrosso and immediately signed to Refune Music. Their recent single “Inspiration” marked the label’s 50th release, and now they’re powering forward with another. Garnering support from Pete Tong, Danny Howard and more, M-22 unleash “Good To Be Loved,” a subdued deep house effort with strokes of romance.
One hailing from Germany, the other from the UK; two of Europe’s songwriting and producing powers have connected this year for a project that will bring fused talents to shapeshifting house music with class. M-22 consists of Matt James and Frank Sanders — the aforementioned behind-the-scenes musicians who’ve worked with the likes of Jason Derulo, Pitbull, Flo Rida, and Omi, on the singer’s chart-topping follow-up to cheerleader.
