Kygo invites Shaggy to Barclays Center; premieres new tracks ‘Oasis’ and ‘I’m In Love’

Kygo‘s Barclays Center debut was marked by countless piano medleys, an orchestra, and a melting pot of live performances from the likes of Maty Noyes, Parson James, and Conrad Sewell, among others. An unlikely special guest, Shaggy, also made it to the Brooklyn arena, as he and Rikrok performed their famed 2000 hit, “Wasn’t Me.” Shaggy also put his own reggae spin on “Sexual Healing” for one of the night’s biggest moments.

Aside from breaking new ground with one of the best special guest appearances of 2016 thus far, Kygo also tested the waters with two new tracks off of his debut studio album. “Oasis” and “I’m In Love,” each vocally-driven ballads, tap into the Norwegian’s tropical roots while also displaying his unprecedented ear for talented vocalists.
