Steve Angello and Primary Wave Entertainment get on board to produce new dance music TV series
Steve Angello and Primary Wave Entertainment, the agency that manages Audien, Jenaux, and more, have paired up for a new television series that revolves around dance music.
Angello, along with wife Isabel Adrian and PWE senior manager Ben Press, have been enlisted as the show’s executive producers. While details surrounding the unnamed show remain sparse, Steve’s music will play a considerable role throughout the series.
This is not the first time Hollywood has tapped into the former Swedish House Mafia member’s tastemaking talents. Last year, the Swede was named executive music producer for dance music drama, The Drop. The show was purchased by CW in September.
Primary Wave also has plans to produce a film inspired by Isabel’s novel Sex, Drugs and The DJ, which will weave in elements of the couple’s lives and largely feature Angello’s music.
