Two Door Cinema Club announce new music will land in 2016
The often-remixed dance outfit Two Door Cinema Club have resurfaced, promising new music and a new live show this year. In a social media message that was extremely well-received by the band’s fans, the vaguely worded post does not give specifics on when new music will arrive or what their live show will entail. The band’s Changing of the Seasons EP was released almost three years ago, with Monsieur Adi and Francesco Rossi on remixing duties.
With dates already locked in for Mexico City, the United States, the Netherlands, Germany, and Austria, a new tour doesn’t seem like it’s out of the cards. A plethora of festivals in 2016 have yet to announce their lineups, which may now include the three-member band. Before a headlining performance at Latitude 2014 was cancelled, the group’s last live show took place in December of 2013.
