RÜFÜS DU SOL – Say A Prayer For Me (MK Remix)
“Say A Prayer For Me” was Australian trio RÜFÜS DU SOL‘s first release of 2016, and the first of the group’s songs released on Odesza‘s label Foreign Family Collective. Detroit house producer and DJ MK adds another high-profile remix to his collection with his funky house rendition of “Say A Prayer For Me.”
MK ups the BPM from the original track and gives the percussion a nu-disco inspired rework. A distorted vocal loop adds to the hypnotic effect of the groovy result as he departs from his piano-laden house cuts, instead opting for subtle basslines and luscious snares.
