Ultra Music Festival releases annual compilation album

Each year, Ultra Music Festival Miami compiles a collection of picks into one album to help their attendees prepare for the three-day festival weekend. With every iteration, it seems as if the annual compilation becomes increasingly more diverse due to fans’ ever-evolving tastes, and the album for the 2016 festival may prove to be the most eclectic to date.

Although it gravitates towards more commercial dance genres including trap, tropical house, and future bass, Ultra Music Festival 2016 embodies fifteen individual tracks that each made their own impact on the scene over the last year. Featured cuts include Flosstradamus and GTA’s trap monster “Prison Riot,” Kygo’s tropical favorite “Stay,” MK’s piano laced “Bring Me to Life,” and Louis The Child’s Taylor Swift-endorsed single “It’s Strange.” Stream the compilation album on Spotify below.
