Heidi to relaunch Jackathon label

Next month, Canadian DJ and BBC Radio 1 host Heidi will revive her label with a collaborative EP from DJ T and Emanuel Satie.

Originally launched in 2012, Heidi’s label piggybacked on the success of her Jackathon parties, mix CDs and BBC Radio 1 shoe. The imprint set forth new music from Maya Jane Coles, Jimmy Edgar, and Derrick Carter, up until new releases were halted in the summer of 2014.

Jackathon’s relaunch as a label comes with a fresh batch of Jackathon events, with five scheduled throughout Europe, beginning in London on April 9th. The new EP drops April 1 and features three tracks: two originals from DJ T and Satie, and a Kill Frenzy remix of “Break Loose.”
