Insomniac sets up shop on East Coast, announces partnership with WAV Nightclub

Less than two years after making their first attempt at an East Coast event, LA promoter Insomniac Events has teamed up with Atlantic City-based nightclub, WAV, to bring countless household names to one of New Jersey’s coveted hot spots. Beginning the weekend of April 1-2, the partnership’s inaugural nights will kick off with Tommy Trash and Skrillex, respectively.

WAV Entertainment CEO Brian Nagele commented on the partnership, “This new partnership with WAV Entertainment and Insomniac Events unleashes unlimited possibilities of what we can do with electronic dance music in the Atlantic City market.”

In leaping across the river to a locale with high tourist foot traffic, Insomniac hopes to leave its mark on an ever-changing dance music market. Sized at 20,000 square feet, WAV Nightclub boasts a Main Club area and a Mezzanine level, an outdoor terrace overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, 8,000 square feet of LED screens, and a number of other amenities primed for the everyday dance music fan.
