Diplo finally released the track that Jack Ü has been opening with for nearly a year
Jack Ü puts on some of the most tenacious live performances out there. They put on headlining shows all over the world where they come out and chop off heads from start to finish, with a track list stocked with booming IDs, destructive party cuts, and a healthy dose of added mic hype. Now, one of those head-splitting ID tracks finally finds an official release on Diplo‘s new Good Enuff imprint, as newcomer Donald Bucks steps up as the name behind one of Jack Ü’s go-to live weapons.
The track is officially called “Bloodclat” and while Donald Bucks may not be a name you’re familiar with, chances are the record is already seared into your memory. It’s a barrage of wailing jungle sirens over sharp hi-hat rolls and snappy snare hits, with creaking jersey-inspired accents. Imagine it now — Skrillex bopping back and forth behind the decks and Diplo waving a Jack Ü flag in front of thousands of shuffling fans. You’ve heard Donald Bucks before, and his first official release is not for the faint of heart.
