Lightning In A Bottle reveals 2016 themes and workshops

Lightning In A Bottle (LiB) is just under 2 months away, and the DoLab is hard at work preparing yet another fulfilling transformational experience for its guests over Memorial Day Weekend. Having released another exceptional lineup itsĀ 2016 run, the festival has now announced its umbrella theme: “Culture as a verb.” This theme will be manifested through LiB’s cornerstone institution, The Village which hosts the gathering’s workshops and panels each year.

More specifically, The Village’s theme is “Re-Intergrating Humanity into our Ecosystem,” building its lessons around holistic & Eastern medicine, ecology, and sustainable development within several mini environments. The community lodge will host keynote talks by the likes of Isis Indriya and Eve Ladyapples who will explore Kabbalah, Esperide Ananas on the magic and power of the community, and a presentation on African drum & dance by the Warafoli drum and dance troupe.

Other workshops ranging from “Internal Gardening,” a medicine path panel, and the “Art Of Distilliation” taking place across The Village’s other areas which include Casa Sagrada, Essential Oil Learning lab, and the Permaculture Action Hub. Lightning In A Bottle commences on May 25 in Bradley, California, and further information can be found on their Facebook.
